There is parking, including on Discovery Quay for easy access to the Maritime Museum. This is where Dame Ellen MacArthur was welcomed on her return from her record breaking round the world solo voyage. Here there are also cafes and restaurants with stunning views out over the river and the Carrick Roads.

When you have enjoyed a stroll through the town you could then drive around to Pendennis Point (more parking) for a short stroll to take in the panoramic views of the Fal and down to the Lizard Peninsula. There always seems to be an ice cream van here!
